Seahorce designed and built an account summary page within Salesforce that consolidates information that is stored in different Salesforce applications used by our business units. All of our investments and projects are visible in one place, and we can interact with the data in a way that lets us see the relationship that an account has with our organization as a whole.
This is the first place we look before talking with an organization so that we know who at Enterprise they have worked with and what their interactions have been. Our staff now has the ability to get a 360-degree view of our accounts so that when we talk with our customers and partners, we understand the work we have done together and can have a much more productive conversation.
